Affirmation for June 22, 2016: Forgive and Forget

Forgiveness ... is the finishing of old business that allows us to experience the present, free of contamination from the past.- Joan Borysenko
Thought of the Day
Being a forgiving person not only let's you move on with your life, and do away with the negative influences of the past, but it's also very good for your overall health. Studies show that forgiveness results in lower heart-rate and blood pressure and stress relief. It also helps you develop better relationships, as well as conflict resolutions skills. The positive thoughts, feelings and behaviors associated with being forgiving far outweigh the gratification (if there truly is any) of holding onto grudges, and even forgiving but not forgetting.
Have a forgiving day!

It's kind of hard to forgive what you did to the site. If the community does seem to be alive, it is despite your efforts to destroy it.

Who ever told you it was a good idea to make a mobile site for the desktop? Was it some PR genius who came along with a booming voice and told you everything was going to be OK? Well it's not.

Your site is fundamentally broken. The basic design is not repairable. It is cumbersome to use and counterintuitive. You should've reverted to the original site immediately, to minimize the loss of new posts made on the "new site". The fact that this abomination continues to be up for days now, is unfathomable. It's like you are actively trying to destroy everything.

Maybe you are.

Thankyou kindly for your journal. I think I have more difficulty in forgiving myself for my past mistakes and wrong decisions that have ended in long term cfs. I over worked my body to prove myself worthy to others and the price I have paid is too much.
