One of the measuring factors of resilience is a person's ability to adapt to change. The worst thing you can do is see a bend in the road, and think, "this is the end." Speaking of economic times, I think one potential hazard for some folks may be feeling like they have to take on multiple jobs, ending up over-working themselves. Do you know what I mean? (Sometimes what makes sense in my mind doesn\'t always convey well.)
