Thanks I am trying but it\'s hard when you don\'t have that someone special to wake up with and share your days with. The good and the bad.

Attitude is 99% of the healing process...or so it has been said. I think for the most part I have been having a good attitude, but it might be more superficial. Somewhere deep inside me, I think I am crying, sobbing, sad, alone, lonely in a dark and quiet place. I have been under tremendous stress lately and it has affected me physically in the form of painful infections, headaches, occasional nausea, and other minor aches and pains. I lost my husband, basically lost his family, and I lost my job. This is SO not what I bargained for.

But I am TRYING, to smile, to act happy, to reassure those around me that I am fine.

TY for DS -- this is a great site and I find it both cathartic and therapeutic.

Best,
Rachel

Thats awesome. Thank you very much for sharing that with all of us. No one can change your attitude only you and if they have then you are giving them to much power over you. Awesome very cool thanks Doug

I agree, change starts within ourselves, if we do not pay attention to our thoughts and attitude the healing process will take longer.
