Affirmation for January 6, 2014: Take Control of Your Goal
The difference between perseverance and obstinacy is that one comes from a strong will, and the other from a strong won't.- Henry Ward Beecher
Thought of the day:
As New Year's Day comes and goes and we're called upon to make good on the resolutions we have set for ourselves, be sure to be aware of yourself and your attitude towards the goals you've created.
If a goal seems to big or too lofty, and you sense you are becoming discouraged at where you should start, break that goal down into phases or steps. By creating a timeline for your goal, with specific tasks for each phase, you are actively and methodically not only making that goal a reality, but also dismantling your inner doubt.
Have a wonderful week!

Very helpful and encouraged me to put some action behind the goals I have established for myself in 2014. I needed a little structure to just get going with life. Thanks for contributing the thouht. It was timely.
