Has anyone made a new year's resolution to try yoga? There are some great yoga deals out there, especially through sites like Groupon and LivingSocial. One recent deal included 20 classes for $20, only $1 each!
Of course, yoga can also be done in your very own home for the price of a DVD and a yoga mat from Target. It can be a relaxing practice that will not only calm your mind for the day, but possibly for an entire lifetime. There is a large population of yoga devotees out there who find the practice a way of life.
Does anyone have any yoga tips they can share?
