I guess if he won't stop doing the behaviour that is upsetting you, then you have choices. to accept it, leave him or continue as you are...

I know there is a lot of emphasis on how everyone should be faithful... But I think the statistics are that like sixty percent of people have affairs :-0

If he's doing it in a obvious way then really there is so little conscience in the man. See if the grass is greener else where... He's probably an addict of some sort and they don't change unless they hit rock bottom
