You can literally achieve anything. You just have to have faith, belief in yourself and your vision, and be ready for quite a bit of hard work and and unwavering determination. The road to success is not always an easy one to walk (in fact, it's usually quite hard), but it is possible. Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.
