Affirmation for January 17, 2018

You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, 'I lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.' ~ Eleanor Roosevelt

What a wonderful post and a great pic. And the first day of change is always the worst. But if we keep knowing that change is on the way we can do it.

Great saying and picture. While it is hard to deal with my fear...I know I will not be able to grow and change without dealing with it.
