It seems that for the first time since I\'ve been diagnosed I finally feel that I take responsibility for my actions instead of blaming them on my illness. I guess that\'s in part with my acceptance of my illness rather than believing the stigma of having a mental disorder, and with the use of a MUCH better medication. All in all, I can see my self-development going the right direction.

i dont think that most people really take a look at their actions and then see the domino effect that is has on everyone else around them. I know that I do not do that enough. But one of the important key factors that helps me through my illness is that I dont want to hurt the ones I love.... good thought for the day :o)

Thanks for the great affirmation.. to realize one\'s nature perfectly. One thing that helps me with my BP is this, it\'s not my fault that it happened, but it is my responsibility to manage it.
