keep it simple , one day at a time. I can think of so many that have helped me.
I believe that simplicity is often the key to happiness and the key to stress free living. Sometimes all we really need to do is simplify our lives and take time to slow down and breathe. And take time out to appreciate the little things and good things in life. A rainbow, a flower, the sunshine , sunrise and sunset, the people you love. Thanks for sharing I enjoyed reading this journal. I completely agree with the quote from EF Schumacher.
