We've all heard of the phrase "misery loves company". That seems applicable if where we want to stay is in misery. It's that initial step into a positivity that can get us back on track and pull us out of that dark pit of misery.
If we open our hearts and our minds to the goodness that we've experienced and achieved, even the darkest moments can have a glint of light. Don't give up hope! You've been there before - happiness isn't gone forever. :)
