Refine that list. Think about how you use each value in your life. And with each new day, going forward, begin to make choices based on those values. I love daily affirmations this is wonderful to read every day to reinforce positive thoughts when recovering from this postpartum. Because a lot of people don\'t know how to approach suffering in this way/
