Thought of the day:
Nevermind the SLRs, dSLRs, lightroom terminology, and manual settings-- just owning a camera makes you a photographer. Why not channel your inner Ansel Adams, even if all you've got is a point-and-shoot, and seek out an image that strikes you?
It doesn't take much to walk outside and seek an angle that perhaps has never been seen before, or get close up to something ordinary, yet unusual. Try to find beauty in unexpected places, and get both physical and spiritual exercise.
