These days, multi-tasking has become our natural way of getting things done. We make appointments while driving, cook while writing up agendas for tomorrow, and the like. But we tend to put more value in the quantity of our accomplishments instead of the quality of them. Alexander Graham Bell, the inventer of the telephone, set fire to our abilities in communication. With focus, determination, and perserverence, he was able to discover one of the most important inventions in history.
Today, try one task by itself - with focused efforts. Turn off the television, turn down the music, and immurse your mind in the task at hand. You will be amazed at not only how well you've accomished your goal, but how quickly it was completed.
