Is there someone in your life who has rekindled your spirit, and brought you out of a lull or time of despair in your life? If so, take a minute to thank them, either physically or in your heart. These are the angels of our modern day.
If you are at a low point now, try turning to the discussion boards and posting your thoughts. There are many DailyStrength angels out there listening and sharing their experience. One of them might just be that person to help you back on your feet.
