Habits are hard to break, but not all habits are bad. They say it takes 21 days to establish a habit. What are some good habits you wish you had? Being an early riser, perhaps? Or exercising every day?
Try setting a 21-day goal by picking a good habit you'd like to establish, and doing it for 21 days straight.
