As a 80 yr. old new member, as of this morning, AWAKE since 0300, who is feeling worn down with the bickering between some of 7 Adult daughters and 1 son\'s live in girl mate...and me living alone for 15 years, I do find it kinda hard to laugh here but do OK when out away from Senior HUD Housing Apt....AND I DID HEAR there is a Order of Buddhist Monks who Daily begin their Practice with LAUGHTER BEFORE Meditation. This note reminds me of that and I will FOUCS ON FINDING THINGS TO LAUGH ABOUT IN MY OWN SITUATION, so my heart will get healthier. Hope to find a Group soon....tried to Create one this morning for PARENTS/ADULT CHILDREN based on a book \"WALKING ON EGG SHELLS; Managing Relationships With Our Adult Children\" and it took so long on my Dial-Up computer that it cut me off, so will try just to find a Group already formed.
THANK YOU TEAM DS FOR THIS AND \"NAMASTE\" Sally
