Advocacy "stuff"

Talked to the juvenile detective today and the pastor at my church.  Wrote a letter to the superintendent and sent emails to the school administers to give them all the heads up on my idea of having a similar community drug awareness event that I spoke at in another community.  So far - so good!  Kinda nervous about it.  I need to contact others, set up, and follow through. I anticipate the hardest ones to get on board with this is the other church leaders.  My pastor said that there are some problems among the churches!  Although they get together once a month - things are a bit awkward.  Maybe there are other reasons on my thought to get everybody together for the community forum.
