Advice

Need some advice... I had been taking lecapro 10mg for a couple years before I got pregnant (my choice to stop when I found out) after I had my son I decided to get back on lecapro but affected my body completely different !! I've decided not to be on any SSRI anymore since I don't want to waste anymore time "trying" a med that works and missing out with my son (lecapro destroyed me for 3 months) any advice on natural remedies or anything that has helped any of u with anxiety and what I can do ..

Have you tried a really potent cbd? I smoke dried hemp flower with 10-20% cbd and it relaxes me very quickly without causing any kind of high.

I have about a kajillion homeopathic remedies with even more available, but I believe the holistic approaches need to be kept case specific. What works in one scenario may not work in another and then we get to the changes, both large and small. our bodies go through continually. Your pregnancy would be an example of a massive change. The small changes can range from physical to situational.

My strongest suggestion is to share as you go, play by play. That way you can assemble your own anxiety management toolbox, one tool at a time. Taking on too many tools at once can lead to further confusion. Who needs still more confusion in this crazy world of ours?

But a tool I will pass on today is breathing exercises. If you took childbirthing classes, you can start building with those. Breathing is my single most important anxiety management tool. My breathing goes wonky under the influence of anxiety and regulating my breath helps ALLOT.
