Adversity builds character

This may be the worst thing I have ever had to go through, but I can look at it as par for the course.  Life has been good, and then bad, and then good again.  This makes us strong.  It compares to the process for tempering steel.  In the end, I bet it might leave me a little more callused and embittered, but that is where the human factor comes in.  You can let it effect you however you wish.  What I turn out to be, is up to me.

So true. All I have been able to think about lately is the ups and downs and how I wouldn\'t take any of it back. Life can really suck, but it has made me who I am today. And I like that person. The hardest part is getting through the downs. Stay strong. You\'re bound to be heading up eventually.

I repeat to my self all of the time, just stay positive. That helps me to not get colds or other viruses. I just don\'t know any other way to be. I am told all of the time how well I am doing with all of this. I look at this as time to smell the roses. Things maybe going wrong on the inside of my body, but it is still the same earth that has always been good to me if you are good to it. Nobody did this to me so it would not be fair for me to put this on someone else. It does lock things in, but that is why I have a therapist. I think that I have people on my side because I want to work with them and I think that they can see that. I WILL BE STRONG. I also do think that I wiil improve, not perfectly, but improvement is good. I have to keep that good attitude for when improvement comes about.

HEY I READ \"OUR DAILY BREAD\" WE GET IT FROM CHURCH...ANYWAYS THERE IS A QUOTE IN HERE THAT SAYS HAVE YOU EVER FELT THAT LIFE HAS BEEN UNFAIR? LIKE YOU I DON\'T EITHER I DO LIKE WHAT THEY SAID HERE THOUGH! THE WRITER OF PSALM 73 GOES TROGH A WHOLE LIST OF HOW THE WICKED PROSPER, AND THEN HE SAYS, \"SURELY i HAVE CLEANSED MY HEART IN VAIN(V.13) NOT!!!!! THAT IS ME SAYING NOT! BUT THEN THE TIDE OF HIS THOUGHT TURNS WHEN HE RECALLS HIS TIME IN GOD\'S PRESENCE:WHEN WE SPEND TIME WITH GOD AND SEE THINGS FROM HIS PERSPECTIVE COMPLETELY\" IT GOES ON HOWEVER I JUST LIKED THAT PART WE SEE THINGS FROM HIS PERSPECTIVE!
