Acting out

Today has been one of the hardest days for me in a long time. I've been struggling with sexual addiction for years, but I finally came to terms that I am an addict a few months ago. It was all thanks to one of my best friends that helped me find the courage to say "yes, I am an addict" and to accept help. However, today that friend messaged me and told me we could no longer be friends because him being friends with someone of the opposite sex was putting a strain on his marriage. I understand, and I don't want to cause any trouble in their marriage, but he was the only person I felt comfortable enough talking to. He was like my brother, I could literally share everything with him and it was a no judgement zone. I feel like I have no one in my support group now or anyone on my side. I've been abstinent for 33 days, but today I want to act out more than ever... I don't know what to do...
