Achey day.

It has been a couple of days since I wrote.
I woke up early today & felt ok but then the aching started. It has been windy & cool so maybe that's why.Anyway I slept most of the day so hopefully I will be ok tomorrow.
I saw my rheumatolgist yesterday. All my blood results were ok so that is good.So it is just a case of carrying trying to manage things.
Went to a meeting at work after the Doc. We had an hour of diabetes inservice before the usual stuff.Maybe it was too much for the old brain!
Hubby has gone to get something for dinner. I wanted to go to the supermarket today but did'nt get around to it. I must go tomorrow otherwise ther will be nothin to eat over the weekend when I am at work.
I am really rambling now but it helps to sort things out in my mind.
Christopher rang last night. He was at a work function & ate coconut which he is allergic to so was on his way home. I made him promise to go to hospital if he had trouble breathing. I contacted him this am & he was getting better & getting ready to go to work, late. I find it interesting how he wants to talk to me when he is sick or something is wrong. Actually it makes me feel pleased he does!
Poor Poppy has'nt been for a walk today. something else to do tomorrow.
