accupuncture

Yesterday I went to see the needle girl again.  In the past I have seen her and she treated my stress.  When I left I felt like I had gotten a massage and felt very relaxed.  I have always been a skeptic of things like accupuncture.  Well, went last night and told her that I was suffering because I had spent too much time in the sun and was exhausted and lower back aches and foot drop.   She said ok, get on the table and lets get to work.  She placed the needles in my upper back and then a bunch in the lower back.  In 30 minutes I was feeling better.  She massaged an oil into my back and the oil made it feel so nice.  I got home and my husband had seen the change. I had some energy.  It was not 100% energy immediately.  I went to bed early and slept around 10 hours. This morning I woke up with energy again and the back and leg pain are not nearly as bad.  I am definitely would recommend accupuncture to anyone!
