Accident

So I had an accident at KMart back on Jun 27th. I basically just busted a toe and got whiplash. But here it is months later and my neck is hurting worse than ever and my poor foot is KILLING! The manager at KMart and their lawyers are just jerking me around (at least it feels that way). I'm thinking I can't deal with all this crapola and I'm going to get a lawyer tomorrow! Why suffer when I could at least get those pains lessened! Wonder how hard that is.... Anyone know a good lawyer on the cape? Haha :)

Oh, BTW my foot isn\'t KILLING as in random murder (haha - just reread that). It\'s KILLING me! :)
awww hon def get a lawyer ...they will jerk you around when you don\'t have one....I hope you find a good lawyer.
Good luck with that...I slipped at Kmart about 15 years ago and rebroke my arm I had just gotten out of a cast that very day.
Was in the garden dept and they had just watered everything so the whole area was wet, not a problem, I had on boat shoes HEHE..when I stepped in the water I slipped on green slime....the employees never bothered to spray the area with bleach to kill the mold that had grown up during the winter months, they just kept watering it. Long story short, they did pay for my dr bills..No pain & suffering...since they said it was broken already....
Get an attorney.. they jerked me around for over a year..You could call 20/20 let them know how Kmart is jerking around this poor lady who has CP and she was injured in one of their stores, lay on the whole thing how you can\'t work, and how Kmart is being irresponsible, or even your local TV station...Big companies HATE bad press...
