Acceptance
Hi DS Family,
This is another try at posting a journal. I haven't had much success with this site, so I'll try and keep it short.
I have been going though traumatic changes with my son's lack of caring, the housemate, and my sister passing in July.
I have been bed bound most often with severe weakness, fatigue, and ibs.
Meditation and prayer keep in acceptance mode and everything doesn't impact me emotionally as hard when I flow with life remaining in the Cave of my heart ❤️ where our Lord resides.
Changing my thinking to positive thinking with forgiveness and compassion for myself and therefore others truly frees my experience of life with CFS with lessons of love and God's Grace.
I wrote much already and will try to post and write more later. I have missed you ALL SOO much!
Thank God for my dog Sasso and his sweet companionship. He is going on 14 in April. Yikes! So far he is well. Yay!

Hello, dear friend. I've missed you, but I understand the issues with DS. It's no good anymore. Anyway, it's good to hear from you. I'm sorry to hear that the issues with your son and your roommate continue. I had hoped those two situations might improve. Oh, boy! I do feel for you. I know how much you love your son and wish he could understand what is happening to you. I don't know what his motivations are, but I am sorry he is acting this way. I'm encouraged to hear that you are communing with God and finding Him in that deep and secret space where He dwells. Much love to you.
Good to hear from you. Sorry for the son & roommate issues. Cherish that dog of yours. Love your positive attitude.
Hi Debra! So good to hear from You! I love your attitude of forgiveness and compassion for yourself. We all need to learn that.
God bless you Debra. Feel Better! xox
Hello there beautiful sister of the heart. I think about you often and I worry about you too. Yet I learn so much from you. I am a rebellious student of life. No tolerance or patience with this unfaithful body. You always remind me of the importance of love and acceptance, always from a spiritual perspective. How to grow despite so many obstacles. I Iove that about you. You inspire me and give me strength. Truly you do. I have been working on self forgiveness by practicing affirmations. I tend to say sorry to everyone a hundred times a day and continually blame myself for ending up like this. I feel like I am a burden and not of much use. So I am working on changing my thought patterns. Not sure how many life times that will take lol! It feels like chiseling away at concrete. All that programming from so many places throughout my life. Maybe it is easier than it appears. Hope so.
So sorry to hear that your son is not giving to you, or loving you in the way he should. Things could still change for the better though. I'm not sure what is happening with your house mate. I know she was being difficult when you first moved in. One day you are going to be in a much better situation and in a better environment for healing. I see you there.
I am very sad to hear about your sister. I lost my brother in April and my heart is still paining.. I understand that pain of separation you are feeling. This world is not an easy place.
Thankyou for your precious friendship. Much love and gratitude Debra soul. Your humble servant. Diane.xoxo
