abuse never ends

I keep believing things will get better, but they don't.  My ex has never spoken a truthful statement to anyone in his entire life! Yet I keep believing him because I believe people are usually honest. He wrote up the divorce settlement, signed it and agreed to it. I got nothing so he should have been happy. But he is still abusive and vindictive! Will it ever stop? He says he does not have to pay me support. He has not paid since January and I am nearly on the street. He was to provide medical services but has changed his mind and said there is no law that says he has to give me free medical help. He does it 'because he cares about me'. What bullshit! He wrote and signed the agreement, now he decides it was never in the agreement? He is above the law. His building sold for $1.90 mill with closing next week. He says since building is his (although paid with my retirement savings) he does not have to use it for support. He told me today it's too bad I don't know how to take care of myself but it's not his fault'. If he paid me I would be fine. I have tried long and hard and now give up. No lawyer will help me. Family Law complex cases are not Pro Bono.
He is a true abuser and I am his victim.
