Absolute meltdown!!!

Absolute meltdown and tears on the drive home and walking in the door. Emotions and pain came over me, missing her so much, wanting her back and knowing not gonna happen. Thoughts of Christmas's past hit and literally destroyed me!!!
As I sit here typing this the pain is so real and relentless right now. In the dark trying to keep the even darker thoughts in my head out!

Your in shock still , your going through a grieving process, it is scary because the feelings you have will come strong and hard. You have to take it one hour at a time if you have to. My ex husband told me one day he just wanted to do his own thing and didn\'t want to be married anymore and then he was happy as a clam afterward with no regard to what I was going through. I have been where you are , my divorce went quickly 4 months and it was over. I still feel pain but not like before. I\'m sorry you lost your dog too, that is just awful , since I know I leaned on my dogs for comfort. You must believe you will be ok , because you will be eventually. There was a point where I wondered why am I not angry , not too long after that I became very angry. The stages ,they come in circles for a while. Right now , focus on your health and your finances. Control what you can since I know everything is out of our control during these times of crisis. That helped me a lot. I focused on things my ex could not affect. Things that I would still have , like my job, my friends, ect. Know that the person you knew is not that person anymore. Hang in there , it takes time to work through these emotions you are going through. These emotions you are experiencing isnt the same as your normal, you have been traumatized, hit by a bus sort of speak . Take it easy and stay away from stress as much as you can. Deal with what you have to deal with and that is it.
