Absolute distruction

The talks and amicable talking to my dad have failed.  We are having very difficult discussions and for some reason my dad is not getting it.  Last time my dad just got into the room and through enveloppes at me and just walked out.  He was very angry and I was very afraid from him.  First things were only a shouting and saying bad things to me but now I have a feeling that things have turned physical.  I am absolutely scared from him.
