About To Give Up
I'm about to give up looking for a job. I'm tired of searching the internet and newspaper classifieds; submitting applications; and getting no responses. Nobody wants to talk to me. I can't really blame them. I'll be 65 in a few months so management jobs that I could do wouldn't be worth their time. Besides, I can't stand for more than a hour and my right hand get's worse by the day, and they don't know that yet. It seems retirement or disability are my only options. But, I don't want to retire! I don't like hanging around the house all day. Fishing is just about out because of my hand even if I could walk to get to the water. Really not into cleaning house all day and gardening with my legs is out. What else is there?
