About the car accident

But husband wants me to write a letter. So I did and now I am revising it. Basically, we have a strong case and can sue for personal injury. But if we do that, we'll most likely win and she'll be bankrupt. So part of me doesn't want to do that but I don't want to be hounded by this heartless bitch for the rest of my life. So I may end up getting a lawyer anyway. Once I explain it all in a letter, hopefully she'll back off. But I'll bet a lot of money that she won't.

This lady is such a dumbfuck. She can\'t sue you...she has NO grounds for suing. I would like to meet the lawyer that would take her case in the first place. Tell her to either back off or you will sue her.
Yep! That is what we are going to tell her. The police here made her believe it wasn\'t her fault so she wants us to pay. Uh, no. Ain\'t happening!
