abandoned cat---revised journal

Finally caught the abandoned cat----but now I'm STILL waiting for a woman to pick him up to be neutered; been over two hours since I called her the first time, and 45 minutes the last time.
 I told her around 730 I'd give her twenty dollars for gas if she'd get here in a half hour, from the 8 miles away where she lives; now its 945  and she still hasn't shown up.
The good with bad: friend 8 miles north shows up out of blue, so I got him to use the welder gloves I bought to pick up the cat----it was enormously easy; hopefully, the cat isn't sick.  Then, I call up miss roman catholic, who tells me to call up another woman who helps cat, with  the 2nd woman having just had an operation the 2nd woman tells me.
While waiting, two bums in the park on other side of the street, for me to hear them talking cause of otherwise quiet.  Cop car was at library during closing, some guy with a car acting suspicious in  adjacent lot having nothing to do with that, but probably with me standing at my door.  And miss hateful tenant tells me she has an exterminator to show tomorrow for the hallway----really annoying, I'm ready to flip out over  me as scapegoat for bugs, when  my refigorator usually unplugged, oven always unplugged,  while she is a hoarder with probably box after box of food and whatever junk in her apt.
Ten at night, for end of this journal---with poor cat stuck in carrier in hall since 730.
