aaaannnddd waiting

Called Aetna today. They received the packet from the Dr. on the 23rd. They informed me they have until 12/8 to respond to the appeal. Grrrrr. I am pretty certain they will deny again. I will call again tomorrow. And FridaY. And Monday. LOL.
