A wonderful gift.

Today I had the best Mother's Day in many years! My older daughter's friend invited us to spend the day with her and her family. We each took something to eat, and we all enjoyed a wonderful lunch together! 
 
This woman has many problems in her life, and just like us, they also battle to make ends meet. Yet she still reached out to others, and created an unforgettable day for three families. She thanked us all for being such good friends, and for making this a very happy Mother's Day. I felt like a very important guest!
 
I realised that reaching out to others, enhances one's happiness and enriches one's life, far more than we think possible.
