A Weird Transition1

I'm in a weird mental place right now, with being up for 2 to three hours at a time, then flat in bed for an hour or two, then up again. I can't sit or stand for too long because my glutes give out and then start to burn and then my hamstrings get tired, and  I can't pick my feet up. I love the bike because it feels normal. I like weights because it feels like I'm making some progress. 4 months ago I was doing 15 pound dumbell curls, now it's  1 1/2 pounds, but what the heck! I got on the exercise bike and used a gait belt to drag my leg over the top of the bike so I can pedal. When I get to 15 minutes, we party!

I\'m with you in the weird transition phase. I like the treadmill because it feels normal too. A hot pool PT would be great too. I loved that about where you are. You can do things in a pool with the resistance and buoyancy that feel amazing... Don\'t rush to 15 minutes. Party now, you have come a long way!!! Still rooting for you...
