A very bright day
So I have embraced a new life. Been soda free for the most part for a little over a month now. Drinking 64 or more ounces of water a day. Moving at least a little bit every day despite how much I hurt. Which hopefully after Tuesday will get better and by the time I go to the seminar for the surgery I will be tons better. I added some b-12 to my daily vitamins and WOW I feel alert, happy and motivated. I can't believe what a difference one little pill can make. Which makes me happy I started it before the surgery because then it will have the chance to build up in my system. I am a list maker so I have made lists of things that I need to do or get before I have the surgery and am working on the list. These are things to make it easier for me the first few weeks after the surgery and those that are here to help me. I decided to give the liquid diet thing a try as I really want to be down below 350 pounds before I see the surgeon the first time. That is 15 pounds from goal right now. I really want to be able to use my WII balance board once again. I love it because it has all kinds of different exercises that I can make into a exercise routine and do. The weather here is starting to turn nice so walking in the evening with my son is going to start being a daily routine as well. When we walked before he loved it. Also give him a chance to burn a lot of that energy he has before bed time. I'm just more happy these last couple of days than I have been in a really long time. I'm beyond wanting to break down and cry every day don't get me wrong there are times I still want to cry, but its not all the time now. I really hoped and prayed at the beginning of the year that this year would be different that I would finally break free of the constant pain, the food issues and lose some weight. I finally see the clouds parting and the sun shining through.
