Happy sweet COOL shopping saturday!!! :) The weekend has arrived with lots of spirit! :) We're enjoying a wonderful day! :) We have a very special happy birthday wish and shoutout, for our dear friend Stephanie (Coolgal) :) today's her birthday! :) Happy birthday Stephanie! :) it's a nice day with some great shopping, and gonna have a movie party night with Holly :) my mom ,dad, and i enjoyed going to the dollar tree store today :) i bought a nice mother's day card for my mom, some gifts, goodies, and treasures :) i also bought some healthy snacks :) i have been experiencing some indigestion/acid reflux, and am eating very plain right now, and cutting back on the acidy foods/caffeine. i'm feeling better, and gonna continue to keep eating well :) i did really well at the dollar store today :) it was fun browsing around, and finding some great items :) i'm putting together a Mother's day gift bag for my mom for tomorrow :) Holly visited with her daughter today, and went out to have lunch :) Earlier she and i selected a new movie to watch tonight :) the weather's a bit rainy/cloudy, but we got lots of sunny thoughts in our hearts :) i've had some tv shows on, enjoying time on ds, and also gonna write some cards this weekend :) Enjoying a sweet day! :) Tonight, the movie party is on! :) Woot!!! :)

This morning, we had a sweet new day, rising and shining :) yesterday at times, i experienced some indigestion/acid reflux, and at times was doing well yesterday, but into the evening began to feel unwell. i took some antacid, drank a ginger ale, and had some powerade and water too :) i ate lightly last evening, only a few pieces of plain wheat toast :) i think i over-did it this week with having some coffees, tomato soup, sausages/peppers, and onions. i'm being good to my stomach today, and so glad, and thankful to be feeling better :) i had some plain toast this morning, and drank some water too :) i'm cutting back on the spicy foods, and caffeine right now, until my stomach feels balanced again :)

it was a nice morning, enjoying some time here on ds, writing to friends, and called Holly for a while :) i'm very excited she and her daughter planned a nice visit today :) around late morning , my mom, dad, and i were getting ready to go shopping at the dollar tree :) i wanted to buy some gifts and goodies for my mom, and some healthy snacks :) i felt very focused, and ready for a fun shopping adventure :) We enjoyed a nice car ride over to the dollar tree :) we found a good parking spot, and walked over the store :) we got some shopping baskets, and began to browse around :)

i bought a nice happy mother's day card for my mom, and also bought some of her favorite candies, snacks, treats :) i was in the shopping zone! :) i love it! :) it was a bit busy at the dollar tree store today, but i felt comfortable, and was doing really well :) my mom and dad were buying some nice items too :) we browsed around some more of the aisles :) for healthy snacks, i bought some mixed nuts, rice crackers, and some cranberries/almonds/pumpkin seeds snacks :) eating lightly right now, and healthy :) We finished up shopping, and went to the checkout :) it was a bit busy there, but i was staying strong looking around, i didn't see anyone staring at me. i felt comfortable :) when you have shyness/social anxiety, sometimes it can feel like people are staring, but once i looked around and didn't see anyone staring, i felt more comfortable :) my mom, dad, and i checked out together :) it went really well :)

We walked outside, and i felt a great sense of confidence, and accomplishment :) We rocked it! :) it was a nice shopping experience :) we enjoyed a nice car ride home :) my mom and dad went back out to shop at malerba's farm and home depot, to buy a flower plant for my sister Jenn :) i've been hanging out this afternoon, spending time on DS, writing to friends, and also eating lightly too :) i had some mashed potatoes earlier :) i've also been drinking plenty of water too, and enjoying some snacks :) it was so nice shopping earlier :) i'm very excited to put together a gifts/treasures bag for my mom to give to her tomorrow, for Mother's day :) i'm gonna put some lottery tickets in her card too :)
