a sweet cool thursday :) health, nature, and room organizing :)

Happy Thursday! :) We're enjoying a nice relaxing, and peaceful day :) sunny nature, weather warming up, and also focusing on good health :) It's been a big week, and a great stretch of days, with lot so special joys :) i've been enjoying some nature walks today, and also reflecting back upon the week, and looking forward to many more special times with family, friends, and nature :) i've got some health updates on my family and i :) i'm looking forward to going shopping again on saturday at the dollar tree :) i want to buy some gifts, and treasures :) i'm planning to put together some nice treasures packages to mail out in early March :) wow! :) March is on it's way! :) my favorite month of the year, along with October of course :) i'm so happy, and thrilled everyone's been enjoying viewing my new pictures :) it's been a sweet week to take pictures :) Thank you angel friends, for all that you do for my family and i, and for warming our hearts :) Tomorrow's baking friday :) We're gearing up, for a super fun baking friday adventure Calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite! :) it's almost time to bake! bake! bake! :)

Hi angel friends! :) sunny smiles, and hot tea cheers! on this nice peaceful, and relaxing day :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a great day! :) it's a day of sunshine, nature, and gearing up for our super fun baking friday adventure tomorrow :) it's been a big week :) it's so nice resting up today, energy replenishing, enjoying some nice writing time, and nature walks :) there's been lots of birds visiting our yard and neighborhood throughout the week :) it's great to see our nature friends :) i put lots of goodies in the bird sanctuary this morning :) We had some early morning winds, but was so nice to see the sun rising up, and the wonderful fresh air :) lots of the snow and ice is melting ,but is still very icy outside. i like to ue a walking stick/garden stake when i walk around our yard. :) i've been trying to walk more lately, for good health, and i also love taking in the beautiful nature sights :)

my family and i had a nice evening yesterday :) my sister Lisa got to come home from work early, and my dad had the evening off from work :) we enjoyed a nice dinner :) my family and i have been focusing on good health :) ever since Lisa had a heart attack last September, health has been on our minds often. we've had some good weeks eating well, and some weeks, not eating too healthy, but have been trying hard, to keep on a good healthy eating track. it's definitely very good to focus on good health, and healing up :) my dad had some blood work tests earlier this week, and he got his test results back. his doctor is concerned about my dad's blood sugar level, and diabetes. it's very worrysome. We're all banding together, and encouraging my dad to eat healthier, and more fruits and vegetables :)

We're definitely in this together, as a family, and we're so blessed, and thankful to have you all in our lives. :) You all are family to us :) a wonderful family of friends :) We're gonna try to do better with eating healthier, exercising more, and continuing to encourage eachother. :) i myself, have been trying to get balanced also, with eating better, and i'd really like to lose a good 15 to 20 pounds myself :) i want to get an exercise bike soon, and also expanding my nature walks time :) my dad goes lots of walking too, with pizza deliveries, and he wants to get balanced with better health :) We all believe in eachother, and i think it's a great time to refocus on good health, and taking good care :) i'll definitely keep everyone updated, and posted on how we all are doing :) We're in this together :) Thank you angel friends, for your continued love, care, and support :) We'll always be here for you and your family's too :)

it's been nice resting up today :) i did lots of cleaning and organizing yesterday afternoon, here in my computer room :) i got 2 new mini rugs, and put them by my computer room door :) i also organized my treasures shelves, and organizing by my closet area :) it's really nice :) i think i've organized my closet area enough, so where i'd be able to fit in an exercise bike here in my computer room :) i don't want to get a big exercise bike, but a nice one, that can fit here in my computer room :) i've been thinking about it for a while now, about getting an exercise bike :) it would be so nice :) my sister Lisa has an exercise bike in our addition, and my dad will be able to ride the bike out there too :)

We're enjoying a nice relaxing, and peaceful day :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) it's been a nice stretch of days, and it's so nice the weather warming up :) it may be a sign that spring is right around the corner :) Today for lunch, i enjoyed some boiled sweet potatoes, butternut squash, and carrots :) lunch was delicious! :) i've been eating more vegetables :) i've been doing some cleaning, and organizing here in my computer room :) it's coming along well :) i put 2 nice new mini rugs by my computer room door :) i love freshening up my computer room :) Tomorrow's baking friday :) We look forward to baking some goodies, and sharing our adventure with everyone :) the weekend is approaching :) i look forward to going back to the dollar tree store :) i want to buy some treasures and gifts :) Holly and i are going to watch some cool videos on youtube tonight :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, sweet, and very caring :) we deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM FRIENDSHIP HUG :) There's many more great things to look forward too, with family, friends, and nature :)
