a SUPER sunday! :) feeling better, writing,nature, visit with grandma, supercenter shopping! :)

:) SUPER FUN SUNDAY!!! :) oh my! :) this day is rocking and rolling! :) i just had to begin my journal, with a HAPPY SMILEY!!! :) Whooo! :) SUPER WRITING! :) SUPER VISIT WITH GRANDMA! :) SUPER NATURE! :) and SUPERCENTER SHOPPING ADVENTURE!!! :) iced coffee CHEERS!!! :) Thank you angel friends, for all of your wonderful well wishes :) i'm feeling much better today :) i'm feeling like myself, on this spontaneous adventures day!!! :) i've got lots and lots to share! :) my dad began, with feeling SUPER HEALED, and so very happy, and thankful! :) i enjoyed 90 minutes of pure joyful writing time this morning :) i was writing and writing with all of my heart! :) awww! :) i am smiling lots right now! :) i'm writing a new letter, for my ds mum (Bloss) :) i also wrote cards :) i tended our plants this morning :) i watered the plants, i gave them a really good watering :) it's a gorgeous beautiful day! :) the plants are in all of their sunny summer glory! :) i moved some of our tomato plants, and potato plants into sunnier areas of our yard :) we have STRING BEANS growing! :) wow! :) it's so cool to see them growing! :) my mom said earlier, "Chris, we're going to grandma's, and supercenter!" :) oh!!! :) i said, "mom, i'd love to go!" :) awww! :) around mid-day, my mom, dad, and i cruised over to cumberland farms, got some nice iced coffees, 99 cents! :) SWEET DEAL! :) we then drove to grandma's house, for a nice visit :) We brought her a new movie, and some goodies :) we visited with my grandma for a while :) We then went shopping at the original supercenter! :) it was awesome going back there to shop :) they've changed the store around a lot :) We bought some nice items :) i bought a nice coffee themed tea towel for my ds mum (bloss), i also bought some collectible hotwheels cars for our dear friend Holly :) i treated myself, to a whole package of Boston's Best, Pumpkin spiced coffee! :) Whooo! :) it was so neat being back in the supercenter again! :) it went really well! :) i was in that sweet calm relaxing, and peacefully confidence soaring zone! :) i am super pumped up, and excited! :) i'm going to continue to write a letter, and cards as we begin the new week :) i'm excited about the upcoming week, and getting ready for the month of September to arrive :) We hope everyone is enjoying a wonderful weekend :)
a SUPER SUNDAY! :) i want to begin this journal, with a smile, and also, very special thankful, thanks :) i'm very thankful, to have the wonderful opportunity, to be enjoying a beautiful day like this, with family and friends :) this is a beautiful and amazing day. :) The word of the day for me, is SUPER! :) i am so glad, to be feeling better today :) Thank you all so very much, for all of your wonderful well wishes, and prayers :) i layed down early last night, got a really good night of nourishing sleep, and woke up feeling so much better today :) i feel like myself :) there's so many cool things happening today, that i am so happy and excited to share with you all about, including a sweet visit with my grandma, and a SUPER return, to the original Supercenter, where it all began for me, back in 2007, when i first began to go out again :) when i was walking in that store today, feeling confident, relaxed, and at peace, i was thinking of you all, and the incredible healing journey it has been over the years, and i share this wonderful joy, with you all, our dear friends :) We love you all very much, and appreciate you all. :) i want you all to know, you all are always right here in our hearts. :) i'm gearing up, to send very special happy fall season cards to family and friends :) You all are amazing friends, iced coffee CHEERS!!! to, family, friends, and to all of the great times we share together, blossoming in the beautiful garden of life :)
Today began, with a beautiful sunrise, with the crisp cool air, feeling like fall season is coming :) my allergies are eased today. :) i got a nice big bowl of goodies this morning for our nature animal friends, including a nice handful of oats for them :) i sprinkled the oats amongst the crumbled bread, and ventured out into our yard, for a nice nature walk during sunrise hour :) our nature animal friends were out and about, and once again, Mr. Cool Moon was in the sky this morning, still visible, and the golden glow of happy smiling blossoming sunflowers, i love it!!! :) it's been very crisp mornings, it feels like a hint of fall season :) September is approaching soon :) it was a really relaxing, and peaceful morning :) i enjoyed some time with family, and time here on ds, writing to friends :) around 9:30am, i set up my writing area, for a nice writing session :)
i began to write and write! :) i was so very into this! :) i'm on page 7 already, of a new letter for my lovely ds mum (Bloss) :) i also wrote, 3 cards :) i was in that writing zone! :) i love my newly decorated fall season themed writing area, it's coming along really well :) i'm decorating it up, for the month of September :) this upcoming week, i'm adding my scarecrow decoratives to my writing area :) i was so excited, i wrote for about 90 minutes this morning. :) i was writing with all of my heart, just like how i'm writing right now, with all of my heart :) i called some friends, and went outside to tend our plants around late morning :) i was so happy, to be well enough, to water the plants today :) i gave the plants a really good soaking, with the water nourishment :) We have string beans growing wild in one of our gardens! :) SWEET!!! :) We'll be picking string beans soon! :) it's that time of the year, as we get ready for september, there's areas of our yard, that are more in the shade now, and there's some areas, with more sunlight. i moved 3 of our tomato plants, close to our raspberry truellis, and i also moved our potato plants on that side of our yard too, as there's more sunlight in that area :) my dad came out and we were looking at the plants :) my mom mentioned to me, that she and my dad were gonna bring a new movie to my grandma, and going to the supercenter :) i really wanted to go along on the adventure. :)
SUPER AFTERNOON! :) it was a super morning ,followed by a super afternoon! :) it was around 12pm, and my mom, dad, and i were all set, and ready. :) this was so spontaneous! :) it felt great! :) we cruised past malerba's farm, golf course, and the peaceful pond, i got a chance to look for the ducks! :) i didn't see them, but it's fun looking :) my dad mentioned going to the cumberland farms gas station to get some iced coffees, for 99 cents :) i said, "cool!" :) i was thinking of you all during our adventures today, you all were right there with us in spirit, our sweet dear wonderful guardian angel friends :) i got a vanilla iced coffee, it's awesome! :) CHEERS!!! :) we cruised through montville, ct, and approached closer to grandma's house in new london, ct :) we arrived at grandma's, she was very excited to see us! :) we saw a cat laying down near her door, i pet the cat :) awww! :) it's a gold and white cat :) my grandma feeds some of the cats in her neighborhood, they love to visit my grandma too! :) my grandma welcomed us in, with nice hugs :) We love visiting grandma :)
my grandma's doing really well :) We were sitting in her kitchen :) her son, my uncle Jack, bought her a new freezer, she loves it! :) We were enjoying a nice visit :) We gave my grandma a new movie, and a jar of jelly, and peanut butter :) She loves peanut butter and jelly :) We visited with my grandma for a good 45 minutes, it was a really nice time. :) my grandma says hi, and sends her love to everyone :) i told my grandma, that i'm gonna be making happy fall season cards soon :) We look forward to the fall season :) my grandma gave us all a nice hug, and a kiss on our cheek before we left :) She was waving to us :) my mom, dad, and i waved, and then cruised over the original supercenter :) on the way to the supercenter, we drove past the dunkin donuts where my mom, Taylynn, and i enjoyed a nice visit with our dear friend Emma (ZenEm) in 2010 :) We arrived at the supercenter and parked our jeep :) i was very excited, to browse around :)
we walked into the sotre, and saw lots of back to school supplies :) i remember back in 2007, when i first began to go out again, and i remember the supercenter was first place i went into :) it's always very memorable, and nostalgic for me, when we go to this supercenter :) to me back in 2007, it was the hardest place to go, which is why i knew, going there, would be tough, but if i kept at it, it would become easier, and it did. :) it's truly where the roots of my social exposure therapy began, and every step of the way, you all have been with me. :) i'm very thankful. :) i smile so much right now, because, the peace i felt within my nerves while inside there today, is a wonderful blossoming of hope, faith, strength, within myself, that you all helped to keep my spirit nourished with support, love, care, and inspiration, that has helped this sunflower to be able to blossom into these nice peaceful experiences :) i'll forever be, very thankful, and appreciative. :)
DID WE ROCK THE SUPERCENTER TODAY!!! :) oh my! oh boy!!! :) WE SURE DID IT!!! :) hehe! :) This was super fun!!! :) my mom, dad, and i were walking around the inner aisles of the supercenter, i was feeling relaxed, focused, loose, and calm :) We walked over to the candles section, my mom wanted to buy some more scented candle wax for her potpourri pot :) She got, pumpkin pecan scented candle :) it smells great! :) She gave me a cube of the candle wax to put in my potpourri pot :) We were enjoying browsing around, many other costomers shopping too :) We looked at the greetings cards aisle, very nice! :) my mom bought a card, for my ds mum (Bloss) :) We then walked over to the hotwheels aisle! :) we were looking at the hotwheels bin, and also on the aisle racks :) earlier i told our dear friend Holly in a text, that i was gonna be looking for some more hotwheels cars for her super collection :) She mentioned, a car she really wants, but was unable to find, is a 1995 camaro jukebox grunge car, Guess what!? WE FOUND IT AT THE SUPERCENTER!!! :) SO COOL! :) we looked around at the hotwheels for a while, i found 5 new hotwheels for Holly! :)
my mom, dad, and i were looking around, and we came upon the kitchen towels and oven mits aisle :) i said, "mom, i wanna send a kitchen towek to Julie (mum, bloss) :) i found a nice coffee themed kitchen towel for her. :) we walked over to the electronics/dvds aisle, this is where i bought my first net10 cell phone way back in 2007, i remember being so nervous during that experience, and i glanced over toward that area today, and it brought back memories of my first shopping adventure at the supercenter :) we were absolutely rocking the supercenter today! :) i was in that peacefully confidence spirit soaring zone! :) it just felt very natural :) we walked over to the food aisles, we were looking at the sobe, powerade, gatorade, and then, the aisles section where there's chicken, and other foods, and i remember, i use too absolutely melt!!! in this area of the store back in 2007-2008, and i was doing so well today, i was browsing around, had my cell phone, sending out texts :) i texted our dear friend Emma (Sissy831), said, "Emma, we're at the supercenter, cart race is on! winner gets a pumpkin spiced coffee!" hehe! :) Emma texted me back, she said, "it's on! whooo hooo!" :) just like old times! :) This was great! :)
We went up some aisles, and i said, "i'd love to look at the coffee aisle!" :) we use too get coffee at the supercenter, i wanted to see if i could find pumpkin spiced coffee. :) i found, a bag of Boston's Best brand, Pumpkin spiced coffee, for $4.38! SWEET!!! :) i am ready to brew this delicious coffee! :) we were really enjoying the shopping experience :) we even went over to the deli/produce aisles/section :) there's a stand there, that has these ready made sandwiches, my mom and dad got us 3 chicken sandwiches :) it's so nice and sweet of them :) We then went to the checkout. :) at the checkout, it went really smoothly :) i helped put our stuff up, i also looked around a lot, this helps me, especially to see, and notice, that no one is staring. i use to have very fearful fear, of people staring at me, but i learned over the years, if i just look around, at the surroundings, instead of looking down, it helps to see, that no one is staring, and that it's perfectly normal thing, to be around :) when i use too look down, it was like an open door to anxiety to feed into my fear, but when i began to look around more, becoming aware of surroundings, i noticed, that no one was staring, and this is very helpful :) talk therapy, and focus therapy :) it helps a lot :) We then walked the main checkout aisle, i kept really focused, and we made it outside, WE ROCKED IT!!! :) whooo whoo! :) this was great! :) i said to my mom and dad, "it was really nice in there" :) awww! :)
We put our stuff into our car, and began our journey home :) We were enjoying our honey chicken sandwiches, and i was sipping my iced coffee:) i couldn't wait to share with you all about our super fun adventures :) We took the turnpike route home, and i pet our cat Boots when we arrived home :) it was so nice going out today, to visit with my grandma, and shopping at the super center :) i want to brew some pumpkin spiced coffee on super wednesday this week :) This day is rocking, and the weekend has turned out to be a really good one :) my family and i are d oing well, and are in good spirits :) i want to get another good night of rest tonight, as i want to keep this good energy flowing, as begin the new week :) i'm gonna be enjoying some more writing, plus, nature walks, tending our plants, sweet treats tuesday, super wednesday post office adventure, and lots more, leading us, into a super fun, Football Season Countdown themed baking friday adventure this upcoming week :) Life is very wonderful, each day, is a beautiful gift, treasure, blessing, and celebration :) i'm feeling really good about things :) i took my allegra allergy tablet this afternoon :) the nice tablet/medicine is in my system, so just incase the pollen continues to be high count, i should be fine, as we begin the new week. :) i'm gonna call our dear friend Holly tonight :) i'm gonna send her some new pictures, of the hotwheels i got her. :) i'm gonna finish Mum's (Bloss) letter, and mailing her letter, with the nice kitchen towel we got her today :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are so nice, and sweet :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of our hearts :) BIG GROUP HUG :) there's many more great things to look forward too :) We hope everyone is enjoying a wonderfully safe, fun, and happy weekend :)
