Happy thursday! :) it's a sunny summer day, with the sunflowers soaking up the sunshine! :) Golden days of summer gardening :) It's a day of nature, writing, and gearing up, for the big birthday party tomorrow, for Taylynn and the triplets, and we're also going to bake some goodies :) This morning, i saw some beautiful new morning glory flowers blossoming in our garden, and some cute little bumble bees all camped out, on one of the sunflower blossoms :) it's been a great nature walk :) our plants are thriving, and enjoying the summer sunshine :) We may have a heat-wave here next week, it could be the final hot weather of summer season. We're very happy with how well our plants, and fruit trees are doing, and our grapevines are doing great too :) i've been picking some nice tomatoes, and string beams :) summer garden fresh :) my family and i look forward to sharing all about the birthday celebrations tomorrow, with lots of pictures, in my journal too :) It's gonna be a spirit soaring, super mega sweet awesome day :) Thank you angel friends, for celebrating these special times of the season, with us :) There's lots more great times to look forward too :) iced tea CHEERS!!! on this beautiful summer day :)
Hi angel friends! :) my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a great day! :) We're so happy, to be getting ready for Taylynn's and the triplets, birthday party tomorrow :) it's gonna be a big celebration :) The kids have some friends coming over, and we'll have family coming over, for the birthday party :) having pizza, summer salads, drinks, and cake :) it's gonna be an awesome day, celebrating :) You all will be with us in spirit :) We're very excited, to celebrate with you all :) it's a big birthday week, in our family :) You all help make these times, very special, and memorable for us :) We thank you angel friends, for celebrating with us :)
This morning, the summer sun was rising up, as the sky became a sweet shade of blue, and i knew we were in, for a beautiful day :) i got a big bowl of goodies, and went out into our yard, to feed our nature animal friends, and to check our plants :) i love seeing all of the golden glow, of the early morning garden :) We had some more beautiful purple morning glory flowers blossoming this morning :) They've been a special, garden surprise this season :) i love those morning glorys :) in our backyard, i was checking our plants, and i saw a cool nature sight. :) The Bumble Bee Campers! :) hehe! :)
Each garden season, this time of the year, is when in the mornings, i usually see some bumble bees, all camped out, on some sunflower blossoms :) it's like, the bumble bees decided to spend the night, camping on the sunflowers :) it's really cool :) The summer nature shines, and is so beautiful this time of the year :) i've been enjoying these golden days of the summer gardening season :) from flowers blossoming beautifully, to the sweet joys of fruits and vegetables growing :)
Our string beans plants are producing lots of string beans :) i love to pick some, and i have the string beans for snack, at night time :) garden fresh :) our gourds plants, continue to flourish :) i'm thrilled, that we'll have some fall season gourds, to harvest, and of course, our sweet corn :) We'll pick some corn, to boil and enjoy, and some corn, i'll leave on the plants, for a couple extra weeks, like last season :) it'll help the corn begin to dry a bit, and then i'll harvest it, and will let the corn dry, out of the corn husks, for a good 3 to 4 weeks, and by early October, it's gonna be so nice, to be able to make some nice fresh popcorn. :) i can't wait! :) it's a garden joy, i'm looking forward too :)
Our fruit trees, are really loaded this year :) We have granny smith apples, winesap apples, macintosh apples, and golden delicious apples, that we'll be able to enjoy, and also baking some apple cinnamon muffins, apple pies, and apple crisp :) i can almost smell that golden scent of the apples and cinnamon baking in our cozy warm kitchen, during fall season baking friday's :) it's gonna be great! :) We've been very blessed this season, with garden joys, and all of the special memories being made :) i love sharing our plants, and gardens with everyone :) We have some jars of salsa in our fridge, and will make some more salsa this month too :) the tomatoes, and peppers plants are doing great :)
Today, i've been checking in on our plants, and garden our plants, a nice light watering :) the plants are nicely replenished :) i've been seeing lots of birds, visiting our yard, including golden finches, and i hear the red cardinals too :) it's amazing, to see how tall, the sunflowers have grown this season too :) They are super tall, and reaching for that sweet blue sky, as they smile at the summer sunshine :) it's a wholesome time, in the season :) i've been reflecting back upon the garden season, it's such an incredible journey, throughout the season :) from a garden dream in my heart, to a seed, to sprout, to a beautiful plant growing, it's like every plant, is a garden dream come true :) i love it! :) thank you, for being with us, on this gardening season journey :) There's lots more to look forward too, all throughout the rest of the season :)

We're enjoying a great sunny thursday! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in great spirits :) my mom and Lisa bought a roast, to make some nice teriaki beef jerky, for Taylynn, for her birthday tomorrow :) i made the beef jerky today :) Today for lunch, i enjoyed some corn on the cob, and cabbage soup with yellow squash :) lunch was delicious! :) i cook the corn on the cob, right in the soup :) it's great :) i brewed an iced tea with lemon :) i've been enjoying some time online, writing to friends, and also put some dvds on :) It's been a great week, and we have the big birthday party tomorrow, and we're gonna bake some goodies too :) We'll bake some cookies, and brownies early tomorrow, and we'll bring the goodies outside, for everyone to enjoy :) You all will be with us in spirit, throughout the day tomorrow :) i look forward to sharing all about the birthday party celebrations, and oru baking friday adventure :) the NFL preseason is beginning :) i'm gonna listen to the Redskins radio online tonight, about their 1st preseason game :) Holly is gonna join me, and listen to her Ravens football team on the radio :) football is coming back! :) Woot! :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, and sweet :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP HAPPY SUNSHINE HUG :) There's many more great things to look forward too, with family, friends, and nature :)

Thank you for showing us the beautiful sun flowers in your garden.
We are experiencing very dry weather with practically no rain.
We have taken to putting jugs of water with pin holes to create a drip for our plants, although lots of them have dried up severely.
