A step backwards

Even sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes.  Almost left without going inside, but emotionally the day had taken its toll on me.  So much outside non gambling related stress that I used that as an excuse. Hanging my head in shame tonight. Damn, yesterday felt good. Kick myself.
