A so-so day...
Did good today...down 2 more pounds, yea! Went to new doc today for primary care...he was so nice. I felt so comfortable in his office...the staff were so sweet too. And he is CUTE! LOL He is really cute but he's fun too and he is a good doctor. Finally got a doctor that has a mind that 'I' don't have to tell what to do. And he knows how to take charge. My other doc...I have to tell her all the time what to do because all she would do is come in and write scripts. She didn't listen to me at all. Plus her staff were horrible! So that was a nice change. God was with me on that one.
Then I lost 2 pounds and hope I never find them again.(haha). I did good today with eating. I had ice cream but my eating was calm and no grazing or bingeing. I was actually in control. Another YEA!!!
I'm tired and I hurt now, plus hurt knee this am so it is hard to walk. So I will be resting now.
