A Shopping first for me! :) i checked out on my own! :) A great day! :)

A SHOPPING FIRST FOR ME!!! :) oh my!!! :) I CHECKED OUT AT THE STORE BY MYSELF!!! :) I DID IT!!! :) i am so very tickled happy, excited, thrilled, and hyped up!!! :) Whooo! :) i'm smiling and smiling! :) i absolutely couldn't wait to share this awesome experience i had today, with you all, our dear and wonderful friends, all around the world! :) Today, my mom, dad, and i went shopping at the dollar store. :) it was a sweet festive and spirited fun adventure! :) They got their Christmas, and Holiday items! :) it's so cool and neat to see! :) i went absolutely sweet shopping wild!!! :) hehe! :) i'm a shopper!!! and i love it!!! :) awww! :) i bought some awesome goodies, treasures, and treats! :) i got a nice kitchen towel and oven mit set for my mom, plus i got some Christmas cards, a candy bar, skittles, a bag of chips, i treated my mom to some shortbread cookies, plus i bought some toothbrushes and toothpaste! :) i was in the sweet calm relaxing, and peacefully confidence soaring zone! :) We absolutely rocked it!!! :) whooo! :) i am super pumped up, and excited! :) when we went to the checkout today, it wasn't crowded, and my mom said, "put your stuff up first", and i did, and all of a sudden, i found myself spontaneously checking out by myself!!! :) oh my! :) i was so into the moments! :) i was like, "i'm really doing this! i'm doing this!" it went really well, and i even had sweet social interaction!!! :) i'm very proud of myself. :) i am so amazed, and mesmerized by accomplishing this! :) this is the first time i have ever checked out at the store, by myself, on my own! :) i did it!!! :)i had my mom and dad right there with me, they are so proud of me! :) awww! :) my mom said, "you did great!" :) awww! :) i am on sweet cloud 9! :) You all have helped me make it this far into my therapy. :) my heart is spirit dancing, and is full of wonderful joy! :) i am very happy, and thrilled! :) it's really setting in! :) i checked out on my own!!! :) awww !:) i'm smiling! :) this is a great day! :) to celebrate, i got a sweet gingerbread iced coffee, and treated my niece Alyssa to a caramel latte. :) CHEERS!!! to family, friends, and to sweet spirit soaring days! :) i'm so happy, and excited about the nice goodies and treasures i got at the dollar store today. :) The holiday season is upon us! :) i did some decorating here in my computer room today, i got some football games on, enjoying some snacks, and my iced coffee. :) a wonderful day, and we have much more to look forward too. :) double iced coffee CHEERS!!! :)
A SWEET DAY OF SPIRITED JOY!!! :) A WONDERFUL SHOPPING FIRST FOR ME! :) GEARING UP FOR HOLIDAYS! and BIRTHDAYS THIS UPCOMING WEEK!!! :) my family and i hope everyone is enjoying a wonderful day, and a great weekend. :) i've been thinking of you all often today, and i'm absolutely thrilled to share with everyone, about a very big accomplishment i made today, at the dollar store. :) i took a really big step with my therapy today, and it was really spontaneous, how this happened, and when i was in the moments of the experience, i kept nicely calm, relaxed, focused, and continued to remind myself, "i'm really doing this!" :) awww! :) i've come very far into my therapy, with the wonderful love, care, support, guidance, and encouragement from family and friends :) i'm very blessed. :) Today, i am so very tickled happy, and excited to share with everyone, about how i checked out at the store, on my own, for the very first time! :) This is really HUGE for me, and my therapy, my confidence, and has opened up that confidence door a bit more for me now, to lead to many more opportunities in the future. :) i am still absolutely literally shaking from this experience, and continuing to dwelve my spirit how i accomplished something very special today. :) a big step, for my therapy, my confidence, and i'm celebrating this accomplishment, with my family, friends, and a sweet gingerbread iced coffee, on this beautiful November day. :) CHEERS!!! :)
It's such a sweet spirited day. :) beginning my day, with a nature walk, Christmas decorating, and a fun shopping adventure! :) i've been looking forward to returning to shopping, and when the weekend began to roll around, i knew we'd be going out to shop. :) it's been almost a month since i've been out to shop, and have been looking forward to seeing all of the Christmas items at the dollar store. :) The holidays are upon us. :) it's a beautiful time of the year, as we get ready to welcome the month of December soon. :) i'm enjoying hearing about how friends have began to decorate, and doing some holiday shopping. :) i'm feeling a sweet peaceful joy, and happiness within. :) This morning, i enjoyed a nice nature walk, feeding our wonderful nature animal friends. :) a nice crisp sunny morning, with a beautiful sunrise greeting us. :) i put lots of goodies all around our yard. :) i want to make sure our nature animal friends are well stocked up, just incase we have a snowstorm on tuesday/wednesday this upcoming week. :) it was a really nice relaxing, and peaceful morning. :) i enjoyed some nice quality time here on DS, writing to friends. :)
this morning, i also brought out another Christmas box, and began to do some sorting through the decorations, and have began to do a little decorating here in my computer room. :) getting into the spirit of the season. :) i felt so relaxed, and focused, and knew we'd be going shopping soon. :) i always have my wonderful treasures with me while we shop. :) i love to carry some treasures with me. :) You all are always right there with us in spirit during our adventures, our sweet dear wonderful guardian angel friends. :) it was late morning, and we were all set, and ready to rock and roll! :) Dollar store! :) HERE WE COME!!! :) my mom, dad, and i began our adventure. :) We enjoyed a nice car ride over to the dollar store. :) we were talking about the holidays. :) We're really looking forward to a sweet spirited holiday season with everyone. :) it's gonna be awesome! :) We arrived at the dollar store, and walked over to the store. :) once we walked into the dollar store, we were greeted by the Christmas section! :) wow! :)
The Dollar store is loaded with lots of awesome Christmas items. :) they even have some dvds there for sale! :) Sweet! :) we were looking around, i saw some Christmas bulb lights, and lots of wrapping paper, gift boxes, ornaments. :) all kinds of sweet items. :) we looked at the christmas villages, and then walked over to the cards. :) it wasn't that busy at the dollar store, there were other shoppers, it was a spirited shopping atmosphere. :) i bought 3 happy birthday cards, i also bought 2 boxes of Christmas cards. :) i found 1 box that has a red cardinal featured on the front of the cards, and the 2nd box has 20 different varieties of Christmas cards :) it's really nice. :) i'm so happy! :) i'm looking forward to writing some Christmas cards, while enjoying some hot chocolate and Christmas movies in December. :) December is almost here. :)
my mom and i were looking at the candy aisle, i bought a chocolate bar, and a box of skittles candies. :) we continued to shop. :) it was going really well. :) i was in that sweet calm relaxing, and peacefully confidence soaring zone. :) it just felt so natural. :) we looked at the candles aisle, the food aisles, i bought 4 mini boxes of cornflakes cereal. :) i also bought some shortbread cookies for my mom. :) i said, "i'll buy them for you, an early birthday gift" :) awww! :) my mom smiled. :) i got a bag of tortilla chips, and bought a nice oven mit, and kitchen towel for my mom. :) She loves to cook and bake. :) we were just about finished shopping, and went over to the checkout. :) The checkout wasn't busy, my mom said, "go ahead in front, and put the stuff up" and i did, and i just kinda spontaneously decided that i was gonna check out! :) WOW! :)
Here i was, at the checkout, and i was remembering the post office, and how i check out there, and i kinda put myself into that mindset. :) This was it! :) i was here, in the moments, and was gonna accomplish this! :) the cashier was ringing up the items, and gave me the total. :) i handed her the money, and she handed me the change, and reciept, and i said, "thank you" :) oh my! :) social interaction! :) i was doing so very well! :) my mom and dad were right there with me, and i was just being so into the moments, of this sweet first experience for me. :) i was feeling a little anxious there, but i think it was just my nerves, this was totally a first for me, and to handle it so well like i did, i feel so full of joy, and happiness. :) it was really nice, and i would love to do this again, and again, to make myself become very use too it. :) just knowing that you all believe in me, and have faith in me, it gives me strength, hope, and inspires me. :) i'm thinking back to when i was afraid to go into stores, and to be able to go into the stores now, to be able to check out on my own like i did today, it's really incredible feelings of spirit soaring like a bird, in the sweet blue sky. :) i credit you all, my family, and friends, and i share this wonderful accomplishment with you. :) WE DID IT! :) whooo! :) This is huge for my confidence. :) it's a really big step for me with my therapy. :) i feel so happy, and thrilled to achieve this accomplishment. :)
i was standing with my mom and dad as they checked out. :) once we finished checking out, we went outside, and i felt this amazing sense of accomplishment. :) WE ROCKED IT!!! :) a sweet smooth, and spirited fun, and joyful shopping adventure! :) i helped put our stuff into our minivan, my mom and dad went into shoprite grocery store, i stayed in the car, i was looking at the stuff i bought, and saw some birds flying around outside. :) my mom and dad picked up some oranges for me. :) it's so nice of them. :) They're having a sale, 4 pounds of oranges for only $2.99. :) sweet deal! :) after my mom and dad were all set, we then went to dunkin donuts to get some treats. :) i bought a caramel iced latte for my niece Alyssa, and i got a gingerbread iced coffee, and my mom got a donut. :) celebrating a sweet shopping accomplishment. :) CHEERS! :) We arrived home, and i couldn't wait to write all about our shopping adventure. :) i am so happy and delighted about the nice goodies, and treasures i got at the dollar store. :) i've been having some of the nice caramel candy bar i bought at the dollar store. :) my mom said, "you did great!" :) awww! :)
This experience today, i will always and forever remember. :) i put the receipt from today's shopping adventure, in my wallet. :) it joins the first reciept i got at the supercenter walmart, on February 10th, 2007, when i first began my exposure therapy/social exposure. :) sweet momentos, and sweet memories that will forever touch my heart, and wonderful progress that my family and friends have helped me to achieve. :) i gain so much from each experience. :) i gain confidence, knowledge, and experience that helps me during future experiences. :) Thank you all so very much, for your wonderful love, care, support, guidance, encouragement, and for believing in me, and having faith in me. :) i deeply appreciate everything, with all of my heart. :) i'm with you all, all the way! :) i raise my iced coffee, and CHEERS!!!! to family, friends, and to sweet spirited joy. :) Hey, we did it! :) Dollar store, checking out, WE DID IT!!! :) CHEERS! :)
We're enjoying a wonderful day! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits. :) i'm still on cloud 9, about the amazing experience at the dollar store today. :) this afternoon, i've been doing some sweet reflecting back upon the experience, enjoying my iced coffee, some snacks, and got the football games on. :) i'm so excited! :) my Redskins won a big game on Thanksgiving vs the Cowboys, and next monday night, are playing the Giants. :) it could be a game for 1st place in the NFC East. :) Fed Ex Field, and all of the Redskins fans, are gonna be cheering and cheering! :) There's so much to look forward too. :) my mom's and niece Alyssa's birthday's are coming up, on wednesday and thursday. :) We're going to be having some nice celebrations for my mom and Alyssa. :) There's a chance we may go to the mohegan sun casino tomorrow to have lunch, and to play the slots for a little while. :) my dad wants to treat us to lunch. :) it's very nice of him. :) We look forward to celebrating the upcoming week with everyone. :) i'll be taking lots of pictures to share. :) There's so much to look forward too to celebrating together. :) i'm going to do some writing this upcoming week, we got sweet treats tuesday, post office adventure, birthday's, nature walks, and friday is our first Christmas countdown themed baking friday adventure of the season. :) Life is very wonderful, each day, is a beautiful gift, treasure, and blessing. :) i've got the football games on, and going to watch some of the Packers vs Giants game tonight. :) Thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us. :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of our hearts. :) my family and i hope everyone is enjoying a wonderfully safe, fun, and peaceful weekend. :) BIG GROUP HUG :)

Gearing up, for Holiday decorating! :) i've been doing some nice organizing here in my computer room, and bringing out my Christmas decorations, and have began to decorate my Christmas town. :) it's so much fun, getting into the spirit of the holidays. :) i'm going to continue to do some decorating. :)


Happy Nature smiles :) our nature animal friends were out and about this morning, enjoying the sunrise, and gathering goodies. :) i enjoyed a wonderful nature walk. :) It's a very special part of my days, and my life, enjoying that wholesome spirit, of nature, and the wonderful happiness, peace, and sunshine it brings my heart, getting to celebrate nature with everyone. :)
