 STRESS FACTORS.
BEWARE AND BE AWARE OF STRESS.
THE BUILD UP OF ACCUMULATED STRESS,
 EVERYDAY STRESS,
 PARKINSON'S STRESS,
 JUST HAVING IT IS STRESSFULL.
 THE JOBS LEFT UNFINISHED,
 OR EVEN NOT BEGUN, PROCRASTINATION.
EXCESSIVE LIST WRITING.
THESE ARE ALL SOURCES OF ENERGY LEAKS.
I MUST FIND AND IDENTIFY THEM,
 MONITOR AND CLOSE THEM OFF.
PROACTIVE AND ACTIVE.
ALLOW MYSELF NO ENERGY LEAKS.
