A relaxing day, with sunshine in our hearts :) Did some writing, and ready for some treats! :)
Happy Monday! :) it's a nice start, to the new week, easing into the week, with some sports radio, a nature walk, and writing :) We're going to mcdonalds tomorrow morning, to get some treats :) it was an awesome weekend! :) Thank you angel friends, for making it, very special, and memorable :) We're very excited about the week :) my mom's and dad's 50th anniversary is on friday! :) i did some writing today, cards :)
Warm Hugs, on this wintery day! :) Hi angel friends! :) Writing some short updates today :) Very excited, about how awesome the weekend was, and beginning the new week, with some peaceful joys :) This past weekend, it was so much fun, watching the football games, cheering on the teams, spending nice quality time with family and friends :) it's always one of my favorite ways, to enjoy a weekend, and also gearing up, for another great week! :) The AFC and NFC Title games are all set, for next sunday's, big Championship Sunday games :) Patriots vs Colts for the AFC Title, and Seahawks vs Packers, for the NFC title :) The games are gonna be so exciting, the winners will advance to the Superbowl, on February 1st :) Superbowl sunday is always one of our favorite days of the year :)
We're easing into the week. :) i've been listening to some sports radio, and also doing some writing :) This morning, i went outside for my early morning nature walk :) it was shortly after 7am :) i saw some crows, flying around, they looked like they were going wild, and all went on top of one of our neighbor's trees :) i was watching the crows :) When i came indoors, my mom and Lisa were at the table, and said, "there was another earthquake in Plainfield, CT. wow! on thursday last week, there was a 2.2 magnitude earthquake in Plainfield, and this morning, the same town, had a 3.3 earthquake. it's very strange, as it's rare for earthquakes to happen around this area. our local news picked up on the story. Plainfield is about 15 miles from us. we didn't feel it here, but we did hear, that people in Griswold felt it. i was wondering, if those crows i saw, and how anxious/wild they were being, if it was due to them sensing the earthquake, about 15 miles away? nature really is wild at times.
my family and i are gearing up for a very special day, on friday, January 16th, it's my mom's and dad's, 50th anniversary! :) Their Golden Anniversary! :) We're looking forward to celebrating with everyone :) it's going to be a very special time, and celebration :) We love celebrating these special times with you and your family's :) i had such a sweet time yesterday, celebrating my 8th anniversary here on ds :) i want to take this time, to thank you all so very much, for all olf your beautiful comments on my journal, and pictures, all of your nice messages, and hugs :) it's so nice, sweet, and very wonderful of you :) i was doing lots of nice reflection yesterday, upon the years and special friendships we all share :) many more wonderful times, to look forward too :) We're so blessed, and thankful, to have you all in our lives :) You all always warm our hearts, and touch our hearts, in many special ways :) Thank you, for making all of these times, special, and we hope to help make your days special always too :)
i'm planning some nice writing, including later on this month. :) Once February rolls around, i love to create special Happy Valentine's day cards, for everyone :) i know it's a bit early still, but i'm definitely thinking about the special writing project :) i love to write, and with winter time here, the season sometimes can keep us indoors, more than spring/summer time. one of my favorite joys, is keeping active, with my writing, keeping motivated, and dedicated, to taking that nice time, to enjoy one of my most wonderful hobbies, in my life, writing :) i'm excited, to write some more thank you cards, and also i want to write a new letter soon, for our dear friend Carolyn (Cypher) :) i've been keeping up with my new year goals, including to write with all of my heart, and spirit this winter season :) i always feel my best, when i have good quality time to write, during my days :) it's a great feeling, that makes me very happy :) i did some nice card writing today :)
We're enjoying the day :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) Today for lunch, i enjoyed 2 baked tortilla wraps, and also had some tomato soup, and a baked potato with salsa for topping :) lunch was delicious! :) i've been enjoying some sports radio today, i love the sports talk radio, talking about football :) i've also been enjoying some nice time here on ds, writing to friends :) i'm excited to go out to get some treats tomorrow morning, for sweet treats tuesday :) tonight's the national title game :) Ohio St. Buckeyes vs Oregon Ducks :) i'm gonna check out some of the game :) i want to take this time, to send a special thank you, to you all, for all that you do for us :) We deeply appreciate your kindness, and generousity, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP WARM FRIENDSHIP HUG :) There's many more great things to look forward too :)

It sounds like it was a really nice day Chris ! I just love it when a week starts so nice and positive and happy! The pups and I all had a good day here as well even though we did have rain and and snowblowing around a bit. I absolutely love all the pretty cards that you show on this journal! You always seem to get the very best ones! And I know how much you love to sit down and have your afternoons or mornings of writing to friends all over the world. So it\'s really such a positive thing because it makes you happy to do it and it makes your friends happy to receive it when they get it on their end. It\'s all good!
The pups and I did very little in and out today because the weather was not very good most of the day. It was much much warmer though then it\'s been at 32 most of the day. It is just now getting cold so I bundled up in two or three layers top and bottom. Lots of talk about the buckeyes in the championship game tonight on TV coming out of Columbus. I\'m sad to see that the game is not playing on TV locally. I am going to pop poker around on some of the sports stations up in the higher numbers up my DirecTV. maybe I\'ll get lucky and find it somewhere!

Hello Chris, Wow that is something about the earthquake in your state. Crows are abundant here . Ducks lost but Ohio won. Congratulations Bucks! So dissappointed though that the Ducks lost.!
