A pretty good week overall

Have had some encouraging signs this week:  Was at an online OA meeting and the facilitator offered to take my daily food commitment. I emailed my food to her yesterday and I am nervous about it because I am afraid I will mess up.  The past week my bingeing has been a bit better. Got on the scale Friday and I was 7 lbs lighter than the week before.   Went a whole week journaling my food, which has made me more accountable to my eating. Hung out with my former coworkers, which led to a food spiral for a couple of days. Good news is I eventually stopped bingeing. I am feeling more hopeful now than I have had in a long time. Well, I am going to keep trying!
