A place to let it all out

It's funny, this is my third post.  I go through my day feeling ok, somewhat upbeat...and then I get on the board and become this serious, slightly sad person.
I think I need this right now.  So many of us shut down our emotions, and turn away the pain.  I've done this for years...but my new sports psychologist is encouraging me to let it all out.  To continue to seek support and help from friends - and others (new friends) - like you!
So I just started my first period since the ectopic pregnancy.  It's sweet sorrow.  I'm happy to move on with my life after 5 months of being told I was miscarrying...but so sad that we lost our first child AND I was diagnosed with endometriosis in surgery.
So here goes, I plan on using this to express my emotions.  Probably will mostly be negative for the first bit as I'm exploring all of my fears and challenges.
Today I feel nervous.  I read the posts on this site and am looking for support, but it also pulls me back to the reality that this may never end.  There is no "quick fix" and just when you think that things are getting better, they may get worse.
I also feel angry - angry that I wasn't diagnosed earlier.  We would have tried to get pregnant earlier, or I would have been on a better birth control pill to keep the symptoms away.
Lastly I feel excited to have this outlet.
