Happy Thursday, and countdown, to the NFL weekend coming up, that is gonna be awesome!!! :) whooo! :) WARM COZY HUGS, on this wintery artic cold day! wow! it was so cold this morning, -14 windchill, the schools here, had a 2 hour delay. i went outside bundled up, for a few minutes, it's extreme cold, and our front yard bushes were frozen! it's gonna snow here a bit tomorrow. it'll be a perfect day, to have a good old fashioned, warm and cozy kitchen, football themed baking friday adventure! :) i'm so very excited, about the adventure, and the upcoming football games :) 4 huge games coming up, this upcoming weekend :) it's gonna be so exciting, to watch all 4 games :) i sure am ready, for some football! :) i'm going to be making some more nice soup, like i made last weekend :) i'm so happy, the 1st game of the weekend, Patriots vs Ravens, i'll be tuning into the game, saturday afternoon :) oh yeah!!! :) i am super pumped up, and ready to watch and cheer! :) it's been a nice week, even with the cold weather, i've been keeping active, going outside as much as i can, for some brief nature walks, and also dwelving into my writings :) Winter time writings, and keeping focused, and in good spirits :) You all brighten my days, and bring me lots of joy :) my family and i have been enjoying some nice dinners this week, spending quality time together :) i cleaned, and organized my computer room a bit today :) i'm so happy, and thrilled everyone enjoyed seeing new pictures of my computer room, and writing area :) i gathered some baking friday supplies today :) Tomorrow's baking friday! :) Football Theme! :) Calling all cookie monsters! :) cookie monsters unite!!! :) it's almost time to bake! bake! bake! :)
Hi angel friends! :) Sending our most warmest cozy friendship hugs, and lots of love, from our hearts, and home to yours :) We hope everyone is doing ok, and keeping as warm as you can, as this is one of the most coldest days, in a long time. wow! many friends, mentioning about the extra cold weather. it's pure artic air cold, this morning, i double bundled up, for my nature walk, which was only a few minutes, as it was way too cold outside to stay out too long. i wore my warm winter hat, it covers my ears, and i had my gloves on too. i once again, saw that glowing moon, smiling at us early in the morning sky :) i saw the sky looked pink-ish off into the distance. It was a very windy, blusterly cold, winter night here in our area. i heard those winter winds, whoosh! whoosh! last night. our thoughts, prayers, and hearts are with everyone, hoping everyone is keeping as warm as they can. the schools here, had a 2 hour delay, due to the extreme cold start to the day. it was -14 windchill. it's unbelievable, how cold that air can get. i was walking past our front bushes, and noticed the bushes has frozen, i touched the bush, and some of the pine needles fell right off, it was so wild! very bitterly cold, but plenty of warmth, in our hearts :)
It's a good day to keep cozy warm indoors :) while i've been here in my computer room, i love to light my tea light candle warmer, and i have these 2 dishes, where i put a couple tea light candles, and of course, my lava lamp too, to keep my table nice and warm here :) i have 4 lamps, i love to put on too, which brightens up my computer room :) even with the extreme cold weather, it's still been a fairly active and smooth week :) my family and i have been enjoying some nice quality time together :) We're all keeping warm :) We've had some really nice dinners this week :) on tuesday evening, my dad had the evening, and night off :) he went over to big y supermarket, and bought a pizza, and some shrimp dinners for us :) it's very nice of him :) the shrimp dinners, come with fries, and coleslaw too :) it was awesome! :) my mom, and Lisa, prepared a nice dinner for us too, on wednesday evening :) they made, string beans casserole biscuits :) they put the biscuits into muffin baking pans, and make a small pocket inside each biscuit, they then add in, green beans with mushroom soup and french fried onions, mmm mmm! :) they bake the biscuits in the oven, they are so delicious! :) it's been so nice, having some delicious meals :) We love to do lots of cooking, and baking during winter time :)
Tomorrow, we have a special, football themed baking friday adventure planned, in honor of celebrating the upcoming, divisional round of the NFL playoffs :) it's gonna be so exciting! :) We're baking English muffin pizza's tomorrow, and maybe some other goodies too :) i've been thinking of making some salsa, i would love to make a couple jars of salsa :) i think i'll buy some cans of tomatoes, and jalapeno's :) i'd love to have some salsa to enjoy, this upcoming weekend :) i can't wait until our adventure tomorrow, and also the big games this upcoming weekend :) on saturday, Patriots vs Ravens, Seahawks vs Panthers, and on sunday, Packers vs Cowboys, and Broncos vs Colts :) These 4 matchups, are gonna be classic! :) the football party is on, all weekend! :) i'm really looking forward to it :) i look forward to taking pictures of our baking friday adventure tomorrow, to share with everyone :) is everyone ready for some FOOTBALL! :) i've been reading up on the NFL news, and listening to some sports radio this week :) it's gonna be a very exciting weekend, these 4 games, the winners, will advance to championship sunday, on January 18th :)
i've been having lots of fun, taking new pictures to share, of my writing area, and my computer room :) i'm very happy, and thrilled, that everyone's been enjoying viewing my new pictures :) i appreciate your wonderful comments, and compliments :) i love to take pictures to share :) i definitely want to take some new nature pictures soon too :) it's been very unsettled weather, with some cloudy weather, then very cold weather, but soon, i hope to take some more pictures :) i haven't been seeing many birds, and squirrels, today, or in recent days, i've been thinking of them, and hoping they are ok, and keeping cozy warm, in their nests/homes. god bless their hearts. they are so brave, facing the nature, and i love to think, that they are ok, and keeping as warm as they can :) i hear an occasional bluejay singing outside here, from time to time :) i know the bluejays are near, but haven't seen too many of them yet, this winter season. the sparrows also have been keeping to their nest homes. Hopefully soon, there will be some warmer weather :) even 30 degrees right nowm, would feel much warmer. :) i've been enjoying my computer room, cleaning, organizing a bit, and i also have been making nice soups, with my lunches this week :) eating healthy, wholesome, and taking good care :)
We're enjoying a nice day :) it's a peaceful, relaxing day :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) Today for lunch, i enjoyed a baked sweet potato, with some nice tomato vegetable soup :) lunch was delicious! :) it's been nicely sunny here today, but very cold. We're hopeful, the weather will warm up soon. it's gonna snow a bit here tomorrow, about 1 to 2 inches of snowfall. Your pup is really cute. My one dog loves being out in the snow.My other one hates it. I canceled my plans for tonight. I figured I would stay indoors where its warm.The biscuits and string bean casserole sounds delicious.I will have to try it one day.
