a packed month in may

Just got to looking at my calendar and wow is May going to be jammed with stuff to do for my surgery.  May 2 I will be attending a class by the psychologist that works with my surgeon that will focus on the Change process/commitment.  Then on May 4 I have my sleep study.  May 7 will be another support group meeting.  May 9 another class by the psychologist called behavior modification- dealing with "head hunger". May 13 will be with my pain management doctor so that I can move/exercise more.  May 16 I will be meeting with my diabetes nurse as well as another class by the psychologist that deals with relationships.  May 22 is my first visit with the psychologist for my psych exam.  May 23 the last of classes taught by the psychologist that deals with stress management.  Then on May 25 I will meet with the surgeons office again for the following of the diet plan.  Add to all of that the fact that I register my son for kindergarten and have an open house for his school in May as well.  Wow I thought I've been busy before.  I'm tired just writing about it.  But that's ok because once these are done that means that I am that much closer to my surgery.  I'm also going to next month check in to when I can start the pre-op classes for surgery.  I also see my pain management doctor tomorrow and I am going to talk to him about possibly getting some physical therapy to help me get my back and hip moving again so that I can exercise more.  I am so ready for this to happen that its not funny.  I get frustrated because after the fall almost a week ago and hurting myself I can't do what I want to do and I don't like how long its taking to heal.  I would love to jump into a pool and workout because that is easier on my body but right now I just can't.  I will get past this and get things done.
