A P.S. there for you Mr. Ex\'s Attorney...

In calling my lawyer yesterday, I am finding out the hold u is because you want "the Judge's language worded differntly". In only having a high school diploma versus your college education and supposed 10 years of experience, I can only think that you want those words, possibly, in another language perhaps? Consider you were born in the US and have gone to elementary school thru college here, and assuming they did teach you this in ENGLISH, only basing my thoughts, not facts, on the time you questioned me and my ex, and my attorney, and the judge, you spoke English not only fluently, but with a Northern Slang. So, if I might be so bold to ask, what words did you not understand? You client recieves this and this and this and my attorney's client, ME, recieves this. Sounded cut and dry not only to me, but my lawyer, the Victim's Advocate from the prosecutor's office, the stenographer, the chair, the stand, the bench, the microphone and, and this is really a stretcher for you, your client. He even understood it. This was the reason he blew up and cursed up a storm and vanished into thin air BEFORE the Judge finished his ruling. Now, I can only hope that you are not this dense but that you are protecting your client, which I fully understand, but to what extent does the protection stop. According to my attorney, my ex has the letter from the insurance company that I need in order to obtain medical insurance on myself. You know this. So, in knowing that I need the insurance, and in knowing, that by LAW, you being a lawyer I thought I would bring this out, there is only a set amount of days before the letter will do me no good and insurance companies won't touch me, you willing let your client drag this on. FYI for ya here....your client works less than 17 miles from you and passes your office on a daily basis, sometime more than a few times a day. Your client lives less than 7 miles from you and is known to frequent the pizza shop, at least once or twice a week, located less than a 1/2 block from your office. Better yet, he works under the victims advocate's husband at the plant and am sure that if your client cannot drop this letter in your mail drop box after picking up his pizza, he can have the letter sent to the victim's advocate via her husband. Will you be in good conscience knowing that because of you , directly or indirectly, I cannot go on with MY life because you and your client feel it impertenant to stall it out? I do hope that my attorney is around when your children grow up just in case they need a lawyer, they will have one that not only knows the law and the language, they will be protected.  I hope that YOUR tomorrow is as good as YOUR today was.
