A New Year (2010)
First I want to say Happy New Years to everyone and I wish each and everyone you, your family and friends the very best that life has to offer. Yes I must admit the Holidays was a serious challenge but what struck me even more was after the Holidays I was AMBUSHED with so much emotions and I had no clue where it came from. I guess I was so geared up for the Holidays that I didn't even think about the aftermath. What I highly suggest is that we DO NOT try and brass ourselves for any particular occasion, event, period, etc. We need to try and deal with the process the same each and everyday, key word (Try). I also understand that this is easier said than done but we do have to start somewhere. I know for myself that the Holidays, my wife's Birthday, our anniversary and the day that I lost her will never be forgotten and I hope the challenge isn't as difficult as the years go on and I'm trying to be optimistic about moving forward with my life. Although I don't expect to find or will I look for another woman like Andrea, I do hope that one day I can Love a woman the same as I Loved Andrea.Keep HOPE alive my friends and I do really wish that you can work through this healing process, stress and/or depression with great success. I'm in your corner, all I ask is that you TRY very hard not to give up, you can only slow the process down and make it more difficult to move forward if you allow yourselves to give up. To all I ask that you hang in there as best you can and seek the aide of others and try not to do it all yourself.Take care and have a great New Year (smile)T.
